A good flounder mark, set between Dunbar and West Barns. I prefer to fish on the far side of the bridge, about a half mile walk straight out. I find the best time is half tide on the flood. Fishing in the surf from August to October with a sliver of mackerel should see you right. Catches here also include turbot / bass (after a storm) / coalfish / pollack (at the Beil mouth point where the rocks are) and plaice.
